NSDC International, Technosmile Inc collaborate to create employment opportunities for Indians in Japan

NSDC International Limited (NSDCI), a 100 per cent subsidiary of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), has signed an agreement with Technosmile Inc (Technosmile), a Japanese human resource company, providing foreign recruitment services for aspiring candidates to augment their employment avenues in Japan.

Through this programme, NSDC International will identify and screen candidates based on the job specifications, candidate’s eligibility and technical requirements.

Under this programme, there will also be training centres equipped with quality instructors and modern language learning resources to promote Japanese language training. The aim is to hone the communication skills and vocabulary of candidates, and to provide industry driven curriculum to make them an active participant in the volatile job market.

“The collaboration envisions to empower individuals with foreign language proficiency by combining academic knowledge and exposing them to real-world work environments, thereby, facilitating their smooth employment transition into international working environments,” the official release stated.
