Tata is inviting applications for the Tata Imagination Challenge. Candidates can apply at the official website— unstop.com. Round one of the challenge ‘Tata Brand Assessment’ will end on September 21 at 11:59 pm.
Round 1 will have 20 multiple choice questions to be answered in 20 minutes. It will test general knowledge, aptitude and Tata quotient.
Also Read | Once the first round is over, the qualified candidates will be selected for round 2— Gamified Assessment. It will test logical thinking, critical reasoning and click speed. It will begin on September 28 at 12 pm and conclude on October 3 at 11:59 pm.
The third round will be #imaginethat Idea Pitch where participants will get a chance to showcase their idea to the Tata group and share a two-minute video explaining their idea, why is it important and how will it drive change. They will also have to answer three short written questions on their ideas. It will be conducted from 12 pm of October 6 till 11:59 pm of October 16.

The top 50 candidates with the best ideas will become finalists who get to pitch their ideas to Tata leaders. Before the finale, each finalist will be paired with an ‘Idea Buddy’ from Tata group to help them polish and perfect their idea presentation for the finale. This phase will be conducted from October 31 (12 pm) to November 19 (11:59 pm).

There will also be popular choice awards where there will be voting for the top 50 ideas and three ideas with maximum number of votes will win. It will be conducted from November 10 (12 pm) to 15 (8 pm).

The fourth round will be the grand finale. The dates for the round are yet to be announced. In this round, candidates will present their idea to a panel of senior Tata leaders— tell them about the problem they want to solve, impact their idea can make and their own career aspirations. The top 13 winners of the Tata Imagination Challenge will get a prize of Rs 2 lakh each and accelerated entry to Tata Administrative Service.
